1. Demo Access (Free)

  • The public demo is completely free.
  • No payment is required to try the demo.
  • Demo data is for testing purposes only and may be reset or removed at any time.

2. Paid Access – What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase access to the Digital Care Log & Emergency Alert System, you are paying for:

  • Secure access to the full care logging system
  • Incident and emergency alert features
  • History tracking and reports
  • Cloud-based access for the duration of your access period

This is a digital service, not a physical product.


3. Access Period

  • Paid access is provided for 30 days from the date of payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Access expires at the end of the access period if not renewed.
  • There are no automatic charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to be fair while protecting the integrity of the system.

Refunds may be provided if:

6. Monthly / 30-Day Access Fairness

  • The $5 access option provides unlimited use for the stated access period.
  • You may choose not to renew at the end of the access period.
  • No long-term contracts or hidden fees.

7. Emergency Use Disclaimer
