We provide training and certificates for caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), and other direct care workers. Our goal is to help you work legally and confidently in home care and facility settings.

If Your HHA Certificate Is Expired

Can you work with an expired HHA certificate? Short answer: No, not as an HHA.

An expired HHA certificate means:

• You are not currently certified as a Home Health Aide.
• You cannot perform HHA-level tasks under the title “HHA”.

However, you can redo the HHA course through us and receive a new certificate so you can work legally again.

Our policy:

If your certificate is expired, you must redo the HHA training. We offer the full course and will issue a new certificate so you can work legally.

Working While You Train

While you are completing the HHA course, you may be considered for PCA or light-duty roles such as:

• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and supervision

Full HHA cases are assigned after your training and certificate are completed.

Training Enrollment Steps

1. Complete the online training enrollment form.
2. Submit required personal information and documents.
3. Receive access to online lessons or class schedule.
4. Complete theory, skills practice and final test.
5. Receive your Certificate of Completion.
