How Online Course Access Works

  1. Choose your course and complete payment on the Tuition / Payments page.
  2. After payment, you will receive an email from Brilliant Quality with:
    • Your Google Classroom link and class code
    • Any Trainroo links for recorded videos and assignments
    • Information on how long you have to complete the course
  3. Log in, join your class and start your lessons.
  4. When you finish, you may receive a certificate of completion or transcript depending on the course.

🏥 Allied Health Patient Care Level 2 – NCTVET Internship

As part of the Allied Health – Patient Care Level 2 (NCTVET Pathway), students may complete supervised internship or observational practice in approved facilities such as clinics, health centres, nursing homes, hospitals or home care settings (where available).

  • Students keep an official Internship Logbook for dates, hours and activities.
  • Facilities complete a Supervisor Evaluation Form that rates professionalism, communication, safety and basic care support.
  • Internship hours and evaluations are recorded in a separate Google Classroom called “Internship & Practical Training – Brilliant Quality Academy – International Care Institute”.
  • These records support the student’s preparation and readiness for NCTVET assessment.

Note: Internship placements depend on facility approval and local regulations. Students are considered students in training, not licensed nurses, and work under supervision at all times.

🏥 HHA Internship & Practical Training

Students in the Home Health Aide (HHA) program may complete supervised internship or practical experience in approved settings across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.

  • Home care agencies
  • Assisted living and senior homes
  • Nursing homes (non-medical tasks only)
  • Adult day / community health programs
  • Private homes under agency supervision

Students complete an Internship Logbook and a Supervisor Evaluation Form, submitted through the separate Google Classroom:
“Internship & Practical Training – Brilliant Quality Academy – International Care Institute”.

Internship placements depend on facility approval and local regulations. Students perform non-medical, supervised tasks only.

🏥 PCA Internship & Practical Experience

Students in the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) program may complete supervised training in approved clinical and community settings across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.

  • Clinics and doctor’s offices
  • Nursing homes and long-term care facilities
  • Rehabilitation centers
  • Assisted living / senior homes
  • Home care agencies (non-medical tasks)
  • Community health programs

Students complete an Internship Logbook and a Supervisor Evaluation Form and submit them through the separate Google Classroom:
“Internship & Practical Training – Brilliant Quality Academy – International Care Institute”.

PCA students perform non-medical, supervised duties only. All tasks must follow facility rules and local regulations.
