If you live in Jamaica and do not currently have a U.S. visa, we focus on preparation and capacity-building while you explore your future options.

- Internship / practical experience in Jamaica (elder care, homecare, allied health)
- Document organization (training records, certificates, letters of recommendation)
- Referrals to legitimate recruitment agencies or programs when appropriate
