We are proud to announce that Brilliant Quality Nursing, LLC is now a fully licensed Homemaker Companion Agency in the State of Connecticut.

All requirements have been completed and approved, including:

• Home Care Agency Registration – HCA.0002757
• Surety Bond – approved
• Insurance coverage – active
• Compliance documents – accepted

This approval allows us to officially provide home care services and expand caregiver employment opportunities in both Connecticut and Jamaica.

Thank you to our caregivers for your patience and support — we are now fully approved and ready to grow!

🎓 Caregiver Training & Certification Now Available

With our home care license fully approved, Brilliant Quality Nursing, LLC now offers complete Caregiver Training Programs to prepare you for professional caregiving work locally and internationally.

Certified caregiver training prepares you to work in:

• 🇺🇸 United States
• 🇯🇲 Jamaica
• 🌍 Worldwide (global caregiver standards)

Training includes: patient care, infection control, dementia care, personal support, professional conduct, and safety procedures.

All caregivers are encouraged to complete training to qualify for new client assignments and expanded job opportunities.

⚠️ CareAcademy Access Update

Our CareAcademy account is active during the remainder of the free plan period. Caregivers should finish all required training as soon as possible.

Once CareAcademy access expires, all training will continue through the Brilliant Quality Training Platform which is now fully available.

💼 New Job Opportunities Now Open

With our license and compliance fully approved, Brilliant Quality Nursing, LLC is now opening new caregiver job assignments and client opportunities.

We are now offering:

• Hourly caregiver shifts
• Live-in caregiver positions
• Client assignments across Connecticut
• Care opportunities in Jamaica
• International caregiver pathways (with proper certification)

Caregivers who complete training will be given priority for early placement and new client assignments.

• Report safety concerns, abuse, or changes in client condition immediately
• Document all visits accurately using the portal forms
• Complete required training and keep certifications current
• Wear clean, appropriate clothing and your identification badge

These standards ensure we remain compliant as a licensed agency and deliver exceptional care to every client.
