What this directory is:
- A list of caregivers and nurses who have applied through Brilliant Quality
- Some may have completed Brilliant Quality training and internships
- Used to help match families, agencies and facilities with suitable staff
How it works today: You submit your information (as a client or caregiver) and the Brilliant Quality team will review and match manually – this is not a public “click to contact” database yet.
How the Directory Works
- Caregivers & Nurses apply to join the directory with their skills, location and availability.
- Families / clients request care and describe what help they need.
- Brilliant Quality screens and matches suitable, trusted caregivers or agencies where possible.
- In some cases, additional training or refreshers are recommended before placement.
- As the system grows, we may show more profiles and make search easier.
