Caregiver Training for International Nurses

International nurses often face long waiting periods due to immigration processes, credential evaluation, or licensing requirements. This caregiver training program is designed to help international and island nurses prepare responsibly and legally while transitioning into new healthcare systems.

This is a Non-Medical Care Companion Training focused on professional readiness, not clinical nursing practice.

What This Training Covers

This caregiver training focuses on skills commonly expected in care environments, including:

  • Infection control principles
  • Privacy and confidentiality awareness (HIPAA fundamentals)
  • Professional conduct in healthcare and home care settings
  • Non-medical companion and sitter responsibilities

⚠️ This program does not replace nursing school and does not provide nursing licensure.

  • International nurses waiting on licensing or immigration approval

Why Preparation Matters for International Nurses

  • Transition with confidence

Preparation turns waiting time into progress time.
